Manuscript Evaluation & Publication Workflow

GRWS follows a structured and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all submitted manuscripts. Each submission undergoes multiple evaluation stages before final publication.

1. Initial Submission & Screening

  • Manuscript Submission:
    Authors submit their manuscripts through the official submission system.
  • Plagiarism Check:
    The manuscript is screened using plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality.
  • Scope & Objective Review:
    The editorial team evaluates whether the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and objectives.

2. Editorial Review

  • Quality Assessment:
    Editors review the manuscript for clarity, structure, and academic relevance.
  • Decision for Review:
    Based on initial evaluation, the manuscript is either forwarded for further review or returned to the author.

3. Review Outcome

  • Minor / Major Revisions:
    If required, the manuscript is sent back to the author for revisions based on reviewer feedback.
  • Re-evaluation:
    Revised manuscripts are reviewed again to ensure all corrections have been properly addressed.

4. Acceptance & Processing

  • Final Approval:
    Once the manuscript meets all requirements, it is formally approved for publication.
  • Author Notification:
    Authors are notified regarding the acceptance of their manuscript.
  • Processing Fee:
    Authors may be required to complete the publication processing fee, if applicable.

5. Final Publication

  • Final Review & Editing:
    The manuscript undergoes final proofreading and formatting.
  • Publishing:
    The approved research paper is published in the respective journal.
