Submission & Publication Guidelines

Global Research Welfare Society (GRWS) provides a structured framework for authors submitting manuscripts to its journals and publications. Adhering to these guidelines ensures a smooth review process and helps maintain high academic standards across all publications.

1. Submission Process

  • Submission Method:
All manuscripts must be submitted through the official submission system or designated communication channel provided by GRWS.
  • Language Requirements:
Submissions must be written in clear and professional English. Authors who are not fluent in English are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed or edited before submission.
  • Original Work Policy:
Submissions must be original and unpublished. Manuscripts should not be under review elsewhere. GRWS follows strict plagiarism checks using standard detection tools.

2. Types of Submissions

Comprehensive analysis and summaries of existing research on a specific topic.
  • Case Studies:
Focused reports highlighting practical or academic relevance of specific cases.
  • Short Communications:
Brief reports presenting preliminary or innovative findings.

3. Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page:
Include manuscript title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details.
  • Abstract:
Provide a concise summary (200–300 words) covering objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords:
Include up to 6–7 keywords reflecting the core concepts of the research.
  • Main Sections:
Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • References:
List all sources using a standard citation format such as APA.

4. Formatting Guidelines

  • File Format:
Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).
  • Text Formatting:
Use standard academic formatting such as Times New Roman, 12-point font, with proper spacing.
  • Figures & Tables:
Must be clearly labeled, properly formatted, and include captions where necessary.
  • Abbreviations:
Define all abbreviations when first used in the manuscript.

5. Ethical Standards

GRWS maintains strict ethical standards in academic publishing. Authors must ensure originality, proper citation of sources, and accurate data representation. Any form of plagiarism, duplication, or unethical research practice will result in rejection of the manuscript.

Following these guidelines will help ensure faster processing and improve the chances of publication. Authors are encouraged to carefully review their manuscripts before submission.
